By using Unforgotten Life, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

Your account

You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account credentials secure. You must be able to form a binding contract to use this service.

Your content

You own the stories, photos, and other material you create and upload. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display that content back to you and to anyone you explicitly invite to collaborate, solely to provide the service - including sending relevant text to our AI assistant provider to generate follow-up interview questions, as described in our Privacy Policy. We don't claim ownership of your content, and we don't use it for anything beyond operating the service for you.

Acceptable use

Please don't use Unforgotten Life to store or share content that's illegal, infringes someone else's rights, or that you don't have the right to share.

The AI assistant

Interview follow-up questions are generated by an AI model and may occasionally be imperfect or irrelevant. You're always free to ignore a suggested question and write whatever you'd like.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep the service available and reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access, and features may change or be discontinued over time.

Termination

You may stop using the service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for conduct that violates these terms.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Unforgotten Life is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the effective date above.
